On the UltiPro website, the employees can access their account from any internet-capable device 24 x7 to view all of their pay and HR information, including benefits, pay stubs, available vacation/sick time, dependants, job/pay history and tax forms (W2/W4). The site is very user-friendly and designed to provide employee’s more control over their own personal file. Both employees and managers can access this system to see and administer their data.
UltiPro decreases administrative workload by automating and streamlining all company HR procedures. Anyone can access data at their fingertips across all areas of HCM for quick reporting and analysis. Employees who have not yet started using the site must go to their HR department to obtain their login details in order that they can start monitoring their company details at their convenience. Then employees are able to easily access the site through UltiPro’s workplace page. Besides checking payroll details, employees can even check their current benefits such as 401k, medical, dental, COBRA, etc. Employees can choose which topic they want to access under the Myself tab at the top left of the screen.
Any offered edits that employees want to make to their payroll or benefit info can be carried out within the UltiPro platform too. Employees can do edits for changing or updating their name, address, 401k elections, W-4 tax status, beneficiaries, making PTO requests, and more. Employees are able to do various basic changes themselves, while other major changes can be grade-out and need supervision or the help of Human Resources.
UltiPro employee login Guide process:
To login to the UltiPro web portal, visit https://n11.ultipro.com and enter your username and password in the required fields and hit the ‘login’ button. Your user name is your last name plus the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), while your default password is your birth date in the format: mmddyyyy. For example, your name is Adam Smith and SSN is 123-12-1234 – then your username would be smith1234. Your birth date is 05/20/1982 – then your password would be 05201982 (birth date; no slashes or dashes).
Your next step is to enter your “Current Password”, which is the password that you just logged in with and then enter your “New Password”, which can be anything you wish. When your first-time login, you will be asked to change your password. The password must have 7-15 characters and contains at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 unique character. Next, press the “OK” button.
Once the system accepts your new password, you need to choose security questions in case you are unable to remember your password. When you are done, press the “Finish” button.
